Mamsy's Restaurant in Leeds. This started at a music/performance night, then extended to decorate entire restaurant. My thinking process was just about how to take over a seemingly blank space, the imagery was based on the movements and music of the performers, this was interlaced with snippets of overheard conversation. This combined as a form of rapid, illustrated documentation.
